Green Smoothie

Smoothies are a great healthy breakfast idea, snack, or even dinner! In less than 5 minutes you can enjoy multiple servings of fruit, veggies, healthy fats, and more!

Ingredients

  • Coconut water 1 cup
  • Yogurt- 1/2 cup
  • Baby spinach- 1cup
  • Banana – 1
  • Chia seeds- 2thsp

Direction

In blender, puree all the ingredients except chia seeds until smooth. 
Pour it in a glass mix chia seeds

Orangey Creamy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Direction

In blender, puree all the ingredients except glax seeds until smooth. 
Pour it in a glass top with flax seeds
Whoa!!! Your quick and healthy smoothie is ready…

Avacado Toasts

Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1tsp Roasted flax seeds
  • 1 tsp roasted black sesame seeds
  • 2 slice whole grain bread, dry toasted
  • Black salt as per the taste
  • freshly ground black pepper- as per taste
  • ½ teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

Toppings : Beetroot, Zucchini, Paneer, cherry tomatoes

Direction

1. In a small bowl, combine avocado pulp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Gently mash with the back of a fork.

2.Top toasted bread with mashed avocado mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over desired toppings.

3. Sprinkle flax seeds and black sesame seeds.

Your quick and Nutritious dinner is ready!!!

Yummy Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

( For salad )

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • Few leaves baby spinacn, torn
  • 1/2 carrot chopped
  • Few stems of broccoli
  • 2 tbsp Waluts chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried blueberries
  • 2 tsp White and black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh herbs; use any combination of fresh parsley, cilantro, basil, dill or mint
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas

( For The Dressing )

  • 20 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 20.ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tps lemon juice

Direction

1. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper,spinach, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and the herbs.

2. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until blended well.

3.Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
4.Taste then adjust with additional salt and pepper as needed.
And whoa!!! Its ready to dig in …
